Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 July 2026 · Last updated: 9 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ritdex (“Ritdex”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you access ritdex.com, our documentation, and the related applications and interfaces (together, the “Service”). Ritdex is a non-custodial interface to the Hyperliquid protocol — we never take custody of your funds. Because much of what the Service does happens on a public blockchain, some data is inherently public and permanent, and this policy explains what that means for you.

  12. How to contact us

1.The data we handle

“Personal data” means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to you. Because Ritdex is a non-custodial interface, we deliberately collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:

We do not collect your private keys, seed phrase, or the ability to move your funds, and we never ask for them. Anyone who does is not Ritdex.

2.How we collect & use data

We process data only for specific purposes and on a lawful basis. In summary:

We retain data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. On-chain data cannot be deleted by us because it lives on a public blockchain.

3.Cookies & automatic collection

The Service uses essential cookies and local storage to function (e.g. remembering your session and preferences) and may use analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings or privacy tools; blocking essential storage may break parts of the Service. We honour “Do Not Track” signals where technically feasible.

4.Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data only:

Anything you do on-chain is public and permanent. Once a transaction settles on Hyperliquid or another blockchain, neither Ritdex nor anyone else can edit or remove it.

5.Your rights & choices

Subject to your local law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. These rights apply to data we control off-chain — they cannot compel changes to immutable on-chain records. To exercise a right, contact us using the details below; we may need to verify your request.

6.International data transfers

Ritdex operates globally, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) consistent with applicable data-protection laws, including the GDPR and equivalent frameworks.

7.Notice to California residents

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You may exercise these rights using the contact details below; we will not discriminate against you for doing so, and we will verify your request before acting on it.

8.Other sites, applications & services

The Service may link to third-party websites, wallets, bridges, or protocols we do not control (including Hyperliquid and blockchain explorers). Their privacy practices are their own — review their policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or data handling.

9.Security

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect data under our control. However, no method of transmission or storage — and no blockchain — is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, keys and devices.

10.Children

The Service is not directed to and may not be used by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
